You will learn to support other people in their inner growth processes in an empathic way, without getting caught up in the complexities of their challenges. You will create a safe space for them, helping them to develop greater self-acceptance, trust, and connection to their inner LOVE and heart wisdom.

The training to become an Energetic Heart and Soul Companion takes place in a new, contemporary form. Although there is a structure, it is constantly adapted to your inner processes in an individual and intuitive way. This enables you to embody what you offer, step by step.

This journey is unique for each soul

Reading about healing touch and hugging meditations and practising them with friends can be a wonderful first step. It allows you to feel the warmth, connection, and relaxation that conscious touch brings. You may experience emotional release, a sense of peace, or a deeper connection with those you hug.

But to truly experience the deeper healing, transformation, and higher vibrational states, an inner journey is needed.

This is not just about learning techniques; it is about becoming the spaceholder who can hold and share this deep, healing presence.

Entering such a state requires emotional healing, energetic purification, and inner balance and grounding.
