and share our feelings and experiences.

Fasting

Fasting every Friday can be an enriching experience for:

  • gaining a new perspective on food,
  • breaking out of routines and comfort zones,
  • feeling more connected to ourselves.

Fasting can be healthy for the body, mind and soul, and is a deeply spiritual experience. Mahatma Gandhi called it ‘the sincerest form of prayer’.

If water fasting is too much of a challenge for you at the moment, try fruit fasting instead.

Would you like to share openly and honestly what is going on in your spiritual and emotional life?

Your challenges, your visions, your victories, your fears, your anger, your pains and your joys.

It helps to have someone listening and be present. And sometimes it can be deeply healing just to sit together in silence.

Know that you are not alone! We grow with compassionate support.​

How to Join

There are two ways to be part of this experience of fasting and sharing every Friday:

  1. Join virtually, simply by knowing that someone else is also fasting with you on this day – connected in spirit and intention.
  2. Or join in person, by coming to my finca near Güímar, where we can share time, presence, and open and honest exchange together.
