Waking Up in Our Own Universe

by

(2 minutes reading time)

We are both prince and princess, on our way to becoming king and queen – each of us carrying both masculine and feminine qualities. These inner parts work together to shape how we think, feel and act.

We already rule over a vast kingdom inside our own body. We host more bacteria than we have human cells, and most of them work in our favour, helping us stay healthy and strong.

This leadership role can be challenging at times. The bacteria in our gut often tell us what to eat, and those that thrive on sugar, white carbs and other artificially isolated substances shout the loudest and are the hardest to make peace with.

As long as we follow our cravings, we act more like slaves than true kings and queens. But as we gradually overcome them by nourishing our bodies with cleaner, purer food, we move more and more towards inner harmony.

This ongoing process of purification also includes balancing our feminine and masculine sides, our intuitive-creative and conscious-intentional selves, facing our inner shadows and fears, raising our frequencies and opening our hearts wide.

As we continue our inner coronation, letting the old version of us die, the world around us begins to change, always acting as a mirror, reflecting back to us where we stand, giving us hints of the path ahead.

This process leads to our inner awakening. Our mind becomes clearer, with fewer distracting thoughts. Our emotions become more balanced. We may begin to feel the subtle energies of our astral body and learn to work with them more consciously. For some, the power of the kundalini rises fully.

As our LOVE grows, our frequencies rise, our consciousness expands in the eternal now, we learn to hold space for the intensity of this experience. Everything in our field becomes wildly awake and aware in a celebration of constant synchronicity.

It feels like being on a shamanic journey 24/7. Step by step we begin our promised life as King and Queen of our personal universe.
