A friend recently asked me this question. Since everyone has a completely different path, I cannot speak for others here. So ‘we’ is only appropriate if I describe myself personally as ‘we’ (i.e. a gathering/loving unity of several souls or parts).
Earth is hell. Even though it often looks beautiful and Gaia doesn’t like this label that much. How do we greet each other here? Hell-o.
Everything we associate with hell is here: fears, addictions, struggles, loneliness, despair, etc.
We have learned to feel comfortable here. That is a gift from humans. We numb our feelings with toxic substances, most of which are legally available in the supermarket. We control and restrict each other through our socially programmed patterns, ensuring that we and everyone else stay in our place. We distract ourselves, play ‘busy, busy’ and try to make the best of this experience according to the rules we learned from an early age.
But … Is everything here really beautiful and truly fulfilling?
We have created public authorities and artificial social and technical control systems to organise our lives. In doing so, however, we have distanced ourselves far from our humanity. Many people do not even notice this. What we perceive as normal is in reality a constructed illusion and the unrealistic hope that everything is meaningful.
This meaning does exist, but it is not what most people are looking for. If the goal is ‘happiness’, then we would not have to suffer here on Earth; we would already be in heaven (5D, 12D, the angelic realm, or wherever else we choose to place it).
I see my journey as a process of shedding my skin and purification. In order to move on, every last attachment, fear or addiction (even mental ones) must be surrendered, no matter how small.
For me, this may lead to the birth of a new star. I was once shown that this would be possible from Earth. It took me months to come to terms with this idea. Jesus is probably also a star, as even some Catholics know. If Gaia is a superconscious goddess, then naturally all the other celestial bodies up there are too – except for the moon, but that’s another story. All these goddesses and gods have previously undergone a rigorous training programme to purify themselves.
However, there seem to be many other ‘ascension opportunities’ available. Many choose to become one with something or with everything. Do they then simply produce new soul parts and begin the journey again?
Those who want to grow are quickly cut down in their tracks here on Earth. Where would we end up if someone in hell wanted to break ranks? That is why my relationship with the spiritual scene remains difficult. Many of them refuse to look at their shadows and fears. I understand that well. We are all searching for wholeness and healing. However, this requires the integration of all our parts, not just those that make us feel good. Unfortunately, ‘spirituality’ today is mainly based on wellness offerings, which are of course also important. However, it is not about growth there.
Ever since I was born, I knew that something wasn’t right with the world. ‘Everything is wrong!’ I could scream. But who cares when no one wants to grow? Convenience seems to be more important.
That’s why I’ve been searching for years for ways in which we can grow while maintaining our inner safe comfort. Since growth is always a painful process, we need to feel good from the inside out and have support from the outside.
But social barriers are strict. In the summer, I applied to be a provider of loving presence in the form of hand-holding and hugging meditations at Tenerife’s largest ‘spiritual’ festival and didn’t even receive a reply! Apparently, they didn’t even want me as a volunteer this year.
Yes, it may be uncomfortable when I point out paths that lie outside most people’s mental comfort zone. But if you take a closer look at these visions, you can see that they lead us to greater humanity and deep inner growth – if we are ready for it.
My visions have taken on increasingly concrete forms. For years, I have been accompanying people through their processes of transformation and growth with simple practices and new perspectives, paying attention to their inner safe comfort. I build bridges from learned convenience to conscious, holistic humanness.
Those who are ready to free themselves from old patterns can take these paths, among others:
- Conscious closeness and the experience of balancing energies through hand-holding or hugging meditations (also available as a training course).
- Stable relationship networks outside traditional, learned norms.
- A family-like community with loving honesty, deep connection, mutual support and shared growth.
I call the living core of my vision Sanuela: a blueprint for a world in which unconditional LOVE, connectedness and personal growth are the guiding principles. It is a world that we carry within us and that we can create together.
